We went to my parents house on Monday. The flight was good, on time...Noah was great. It is hard to travel by yourself with a baby, but we got a row to ourselves so that helped!
We had dinner on Monday with my mom's scrapbooking friends. It was nice to meet Jamie and her sons.
Tuesday we went to Callaway Gardens to the festival of lights! Won't do that again with a one year old! Noah screamed on the trolley. It was cold and I didn't have gloves or a hat for him. I wasn't thinking. A lady a few rows back handed me a whole box of honey buns! He loved them. That kept him occupied for a while! I have no idea why she had a whole box of honey buns with her, but they came in handy.
Wednesday I went to see the new additon to the Terry family. Amelia Marie was born three weeks early! I was so excited to see her. Matt (Adam's cousin) and Lisa, his wife, live in the same town as my parents.
Thursday I ran the Atlanta Half Marathon with my friend, Michelle. What a great run! I had a PR of 2:09.40!
Our Thanksgiving dinner was great! Even though the stomach bug was going around the house that week, everyone made it to the dinner table! Adam was even able to fly in.
Friday, Family Pics! After waiting forever (they were running behind)....they turned out well. It is hard to get the whole family together, so it was worth it.
I have no pics to post, I forgot my camera this week! Maybe my mom will send me some that she took and I can post them!

Trying...
I forgot all about this blog until I talked to my mom on the phone today! I am going to try and update it at least a few times a week. It has been a year since Noah was born, and I feel like I can't remember anything. I have not kept a baby book and his scrapbook that I started is stuck at six months! Maybe a blog will help me remember!
Noah's First B-Day Party!

These are a few pictures from Noah's First B-Day. The theme was First Birthday All-Star. He had a few friends and family at the party. We had chips and dips and a cupcake cake shaped like a one. All in all, it was fun! I miss my family every day, but especially big days like this. I really wish they could have been there for his first party! He did have a really cute shirt on that said, "It's fun to be one!" but he had an "accident" on it right when the party started. I didn't choose to dress him in a Carolina T-Shirt on his first b-day! I guess next year I will have a backup shirt!
Hope you enjoy the pics!
